A nervous anticipation for the following show has masked itself like a cloud over all of us. All I wanted to commit to was that we should just chill out, do what we do and not be scared. But dont allow the days to slip by. As Elis would say "get on it like a fat chick". It will be alright if we just create. Tell your friends who are art students to get involved and spread the word.

So the first night went ahead after three weeks of tearing my hair out and pondering about how I could make my work possible. Everybody really pulled together to make the show possible but despite the short time to organise we really sorted something out. There are always room for improvement, but thats life when trying to make art. Its not fun its torchure and torment. But alot has been learnt. Thanks to everyone who came down for a look and all the support. We hope to be back soon with another show in a month so keep your eyes open for the flyers and posters. Any artists who are interestested please get in contact through the links, we would be grateful for more enthusiastic people and ideas. Till next time, "goodbye is too good a word" so "I will just say fairly well".
Special thanks must go to Nina and the elbow rooms management, for which there would have been no venue and show, and the freedom that they allowed. Also to Jim who stuck his neck out to get us the equipment needed to make the show possible.

Me my self and why

“You Versus we versus you, or perhaps it should be, we versus you versus we?
Like a schizophrenic shouting at yourself in the mirror, we are as yet undecided, but always committed.
If we are you what should you show us?
If you are us then what should we show you?
If you are creative will I like the outcome?
Do you care what I think?
Do I care what you think?
The good thing about you is we see us in yourself.
The problem with us is we all know what your thinking, but we always disagree.
So we all agree to disagree for the sake of our sanity.
They say there is a fine line between sanity and genius, so surely there is a indefinable line between sanity and mediocrity, hit or miss, love or hate, or even you and me.
Therefore taking it as a given that we will be us and so you are me, I decided to work with them and see what you could create.
You never know, we might like it.”
